It's time for your first installment of Thanksgiving Day the Hope30 Way!
Today, I made a Pumpkin Pop-Tart, which could also be fashioned into hand pies or a take on Pumpkin Empanadas! I used the King Arthurs Gluten Free Pie Crust. The filling is so delish and only sweetened with dates. No Gluten and No added sugar, make these a much better choice for a seasonal treat. We used our own Pumpkin Spice Recipe as well! We can't wait to hear how you like this tasty Turkey Day Treat! You know I HAD to start with something sweet.
It's time for installment 2 of
Thanksgiving Day the Hope30 Way!
I will be sharing three different Stuffing recipes this month. First up, good ol' traditional stuffing. I swapped out regular bread for this gluten free staple in our home. I chopped up the Canyon Bakehouse loaves, dried them in the oven at 225 degrees for about an hour, then continued following the recipe.
Baked in cups, the portion size is just a perfect little taste! These will go in the freezer and will be served to all of the Hope30 folks around our table! Gobble Gobble!
It’s Day 3 of Thanksgiving Day the Hope30 Way!
Today is Cranberry Sauce Day! I made this recipe using only maple syrup as a sweetener. I also used our "Pumpkin Pie Oh My Spice Blend." If you could smell this kitchen! AND you can make it now and freeze it for Turkey Day!
